Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :

121. Di antara Pasal 171 dan Pasal 172 disisipkan 01 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 171A sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Wilayah eks KK atau PKP2B dapat ditetapkan menjadi WUPK atau WPN sesuai hasil evaluasi Menteri.
