Menimbang :

bahwa untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 8 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 96 Tahun 2O21 tentang Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Presiden tentang Pendelegasian Pemberian Perizinan Berusaha di Bidang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara;

Considering:

that in order to implement the provisions of Article 8 of Government Regulation Number 96 of 2O21 concerning the Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities, it is necessary to stipulate a Presidential Regulation concerning Delegation of Granting Business Licensing in the Mineral and Coal Mining Sector;

Mengingat :

1. Pasal 4 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik IndonesiaTahun 1945;

2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 96 Tahun 2021 tentang Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2021 Nomor 208, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 6721);

Remember :

1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia;
