PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :
122. Di antara Pasal 172 dan Pasal 173 disisipkan 05 (lima) pasal, yakni Pasal 172A, Pasal 172B, Pasal 172C, Pasal 172D, dan Pasal l72E sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :
Pasal 172A
Ketentuan terkait hak, kewajiban, dan larangan bagi pemegang IUPK pada tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini berlaku secara mutatis mutandis terhadap IUPK sebagai Kelanjutan Operasi Kontrak/Perjanjian kecuali yang ditentukan lain dalam Undang-Undang ini.
Pasal l72B
(1) WIUP, WIUPK, atau WPR yang telah diberikan izinnya dalam bentuk IUP, IUPK, atau IPR wajib didelineasi sesuai dengan pemanfaatan ruang dan kawasan untuk kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
(2) Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah menjamin tidak ada perubahan pemanfaatan ruang dan kawasan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) pada WIUP, WIUPK, atau WPR yang telah diberikan izinnya.
Pasal l72C
Luas wilayah IUP Operasi Produksi hasil penyesuaian kuasa pertambangan yang diberikan kepada BUMN, berlaku sampai dengan berakhirnya jangka waktu IUP Operasi Produksi.
Pasai I72D
Pemegang IUP atau IUPK yang melakukan peningkatan nilai tambah Mineral logam atau Batubara secara terintegrasi sebelum berlakunya Undang-Undang ini diberikan jangka waktu dan luas wilayah IUP atau IUPK sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang ini.
Pasal l72E
Rencana pengelolaan Mineral dan Batubara nasional sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 8A wajib ditetapkan oleh Menteri dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 02 (dua) tahun sejak Undang-Undang ini mulai berlaku.

Article 172A
Provisions relating to the rights, obligations and prohibitions for IUPK (in Bahasa) holders at the Production Operation activity stage as regulated in this Law apply mutatis mutandis to IUPK (in Bahasa) as Continuation of Contract/Agreement Operations unless otherwise specified in this Law.
Article l72B
(1) WIUP (in Bahasa), WIUPK (in Bahasa), or WPR (in Bahasa) which have been granted permits in the form of IUP (in Bahasa), IUPK (in Bahasa), or IPR (in Bahasa) must be delineated according to the use of space and areas for Mining Business activities in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.
(2) The Central Government and Regional Governments guarantee that there will be no changes in the use of space and areas as intended in paragraph (1) in WIUP(in Bahasa)s, WIUPK(in Bahasa)s or WPR(in Bahasa)s for which permits have been granted.
Article l72C
The area of the IUP (in Bahasa) for Production Operations resulting from adjustments to the mining authority granted to BUMN (in Bahasa), is valid until the end of the term of the IUP (in Bahasa)for Production Operations.
Pasai I72D
IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holders who carry out integrated added value of metallic minerals or coal before the enactment of this Law are given the term and area of the IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
Article l72E
The national Mineral and Coal management plan as intended in Article 8A must be determined by the Minister within a period of no later than 02 (two) years after this Law comes into force.
