PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

88. Ketentuan Pasal 119 diubah sehingga berbunyi  sebagai berikut :

Pasal 119

IUP atau IUPK dapat dicabut oleh Menteri jika :

a. pemegang IUP atau IUPK tidak memenuhi kewajiban yang ditetapkan dalam IUP atau IUPK serta ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan ;

b. pemegang IUP atau IUPK melakukan tindak pidana

sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang ini; atau

c. pemegang IUP atau IUPK dinyatakan pailit.

88. The provisions of Article 119 are amended to read as follows:

Article 119

An IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) can be revoked by the Minister if :

a. IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holders do not fulfill their obligations specified in the IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) and the provisions legislation;

b. the holder of an IUP or IUPK commits a criminal act

as intended in this Law; or

c. the holder of an IUP or IUPK is declared bankrupt.
