DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL REPUBLIK INDONESIA,

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Menimbang : 

bahwa untuk memberikan pedoman pelaksanaan dalam penyusunan, evaluasi, dan persetujuan rencana kerja dan anggaran biaya, serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 13 Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 10 Tahun 2023 tentang Tata Cara Penyusunan, Penyampaian, dan Persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya serta Tata Cara Pelaporan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, perlu menetapkan Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Penyusunan, Evaluasi, dan Persetujuan Rencana Kerja, dan Anggaran Biaya pada Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara;

Considering :

that to provide implementation guidelines in the preparation, evaluation and approval of work plans and cost budgets, as well as to implement the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 10 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Preparing, Submitting and Approving Work Plans and Cost Budgets and Procedures for Reporting on the Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources concerning Implementation Guidelines for the Preparation, Evaluation and Approval of Work Plans and Cost Budgets for Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities;
