ABOUT

GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PREPARATION, EVALUATION AND APPROVAL OF WORK PLANS AND COST BUDGET FOR MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL REPUBLIK INDONESIA,

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

MEMUTUSKAN :

Menetapkan : 

KEPUTUSAN MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL TENTANG PEDOMAN PELAKSANAAN PENYUSUNAN, EVALUASI, DAN PERSETUJUAN RENCANA KERJA DAN ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA KEGIATAN USAHA PERTAMBANGAN MINERAL DAN BATUBARA.

DECIDE :

Determine :

DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES CONCERNING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTING, EVALUATION AND APPROVAL OF WORK PLANS AND COST BUDGET FOR MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

KETIGA : 

Format penyusunan RKAB untuk pemegang IUPK Sebagai Kelanjutan Operasi Kontrak/Perjanjian berlaku secara mutatis mutandis dengan format penyusunan RKAB IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KEDUA huruf b angka 1 dan angka 4;

THIRD :

The format for preparing the RKAB for IUPK holders as a Continuation of Contract/Agreement Operations applies mutatis mutandis to the format for preparing the IUPK RKAB for the Production Operation activity stage as referred to in the SECOND Dictum letter b number 1 and number 4;

KEEMPAT : 

Tata cara penyampaian, evaluasi, dan persetujuan RKAB sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU huruf b

terdiri atas:

a. tata cara penyampaian, evaluasi, dan persetujuan RKAB untuk IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran III;

b. tata cara penyampaian, evaluasi, dan persetujuan RKAB untuk IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran IV, yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.

FOURTH :

Procedures for submitting, evaluating and approving the RKAB (in Bahasa) as intended in the FIRST Dictum letter b consists of:

a. procedures for submitting, evaluating and approving RKAB (in Bahasa) for IUP (in Bahasa) for Exploration activity phase or IUPK (in Bahasa) for Exploration activity phase as stated in Attachment III;

b. procedures for submitting, evaluating and approving the RKAB (in Bahasa) for IUP(in Bahasa)s for the Production Operation activity phase or IUPK (in Bahasa) for the Production Operation activity phase as stated in Attachment IV, which is an inseparable part of this Ministerial Decree.

KELIMA : 

Format persetujuan RKAB sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU huruf c :

a. untuk pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi dan/atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi terdiri atas:

1. golongan Mineral logam sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VA;

2. golongan Mineral bukan logam sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VB;

3. golongan batuan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VC; dan

4. golongan Batubara sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VD, yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.

b. untuk pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi dan/atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi terdiri

atas:

1. golongan Mineral logam sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VIA;

2. golongan Mineral bukan logam sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VIB;

3. golongan batuan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VIC; dan

4. golongan Batubara sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran VID, yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.

FIFTH :

RKAB (in Bahasa) approval format as intended in FIRST Dictum letter c:

a. for holders of IUP (in Bahasa) for the Exploration activity stage and/or IUPK (in Bahasa) for the Exploration activity stage consisting of:

1. Metallic mineral groups as listed in Appendix VA;

2. non-metallic mineral group as listed in Appendix VB;

3. rock groups as listed in Appendix VC; And

4. Coal classes as listed in Attachment VD, which is an inseparable part of this Ministerial Decree.

b. for IUP (in Bahasa) holders in the Production Operation activity stage and/or IUPK (in Bahasa) Production Operation activity stage consists of

on:

1. Metallic mineral groups as listed in Appendix VIA;

2. non-metallic Mineral class as listed in Appendix VIB;

3. rock groups as listed in Appendix VIC; And

4. Coal classes as listed in Appendix VID, which is an inseparable part of this Ministerial Decree.
