Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

124. Ketentuan Pasal 174 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 174

Peraturan pelaksanaan Undang-Undang ini harus telah ditetapkan dalam waktu 1 (satu) tahun sejak Undang-Undang ini mulai berlaku.

Pasal II

Undang-Undang ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan.

124. The provisions of Article 174 are amended to read as follows:

Article 174

Implementing regulations for this Law must be stipulated within 1 (one) year after this Law comes into force.

Article II

This Law comes into force on the date of promulgation.
