PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

53. Ketentuan Pasal 68 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 68

(1) Luas wilayah untuk 1 (satu) IPR yang dapat diberikan kepada:

a. orang perseorangan paling luas 5 (lima) hektare; atau

b. koperasi paling luas 10 (sepuluh) hektare.

(2) IPR diberikan untuk jangka waktu paling lama 10 (sepuluh) tahun dan dapat diperpanjang 2 (dua) kali masing-masing 5 (lima) tahun.

53. The provisions of Article 68 are amended to read as follows:

Article 68

(1) Area area for 1 (one) IPR 9in Bahasa) that can be given to:

a. an individual with a maximum area of 5 (five) hectares; or

b. The maximum area of the cooperative is 10 (ten) hectares.

(2) IPR (in Bahasa) is granted for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years and can be extended 2 (two) times for 5 (five) years each.
