Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

55. Di antara Pasal 70 dan Pasal 71 disisipkan 1 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 70A sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 70A

Pemegang IPR dilarang memindahtangankan IPR kepada pihak lain.

55. Between Article 70 and Article 71, 1 (one) article is inserted, namely Article 70A so that it reads as follows:

Article 70A

IPR (in Bahasa) holders are prohibited from transferring the IPR (in Bahasa) to other parties.
