Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

l02. Di antara Pasal 141 dan Pasal 142 disisipkan 1 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 141A sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 141A

Ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai pembinaan dan pengawasan atas pelaksanaan kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 139 dan Pasal 140 diatur dengan atau berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah.
