PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

89. Ketentuan Pasal I21 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 121

(1) Dalam hal IUP atau IUPK berakhir sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 117, Pasal 118, Pasal 119, dan Pasal l20, eks pemegang IUP atau IUPK wajib memenuhi dan menyelesaikan kewajiban sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

(2) Pemegang IUP atau IUPK yang telah memenuhi dan menyelesaikan kewajiban sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) mendapat surat keterangan dari Menteri.

89. The provisions of Article I21 are amended to read as follows :

Article 121

(1) In the event that the IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) expires as intended in Article 117, Article 118, Article 119 and Article 120, the former IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holder is obliged to fulfill and complete obligations in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.

(2) IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holders who have fulfilled and completed the obligations as intended in paragraph (1) receive a certificate from the Minister.
