Reporting and Disbursement of Reclamation Guarantees
2) Pelaporan Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi dan
Pencairan Jaminan Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi:
2) Reporting on
Reclamation during the Production Operations phase and Disbursement of
Reclamation Guarantees during the Production Operations phase:
m) Besaran sisa Jaminan Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi
Produksi yang belum dapat dicairkan atau dilepaskan wajib ditempatkan kembali
sebagai Jaminan Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi.
m) The remaining amount
of the Reclamation Guarantee for the Production Operations activity stage that
cannot be disbursed or released must be placed back as a Reclamation Guarantee
for the Production Operations activity stage.
3) Pelaporan Reklamasi dan pencairan Jaminan Reklamasi pada
eks WIUP dan eks WIUPK yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diusahakan kembali:
a) Eks pemegang WIUP atau eks pemegang WIUPK menyampaikan
laporan akhir pelaksanaan kegiatan Reklamasi pada pada eks WIUP dan eks WIUPK
yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diusahakan kembali; dan
b) Direktur Jenderal mencairkan Jaminan Reklamasi yang telah
ditempatkan oleh eks pemegang WIUP atau pemegang WIUPK setelah diterbitkannya
IUP atau IUPK termasuk penyesuaiannya pada wilayah yang memenuhi kriteria untuk
diusahakan kembali.
3) Reporting of
Reclamation and disbursement of Reclamation Guarantees in former Mining
Business Permit Areas and former Special Mining Business Permit Areas that meet
the criteria for re-operation:
a) Former Mining
Business Permit Area holders or former Special Mining Business Permit Area
holders submit a final report on the implementation of Reclamation activities
in former Mining Business Permit Areas and former Special Mining Business
Permit Areas that meet the criteria for re-operation; and
b) The Director General
disburses the Reclamation Guarantees placed by former Mining Business Permit
Area holders or Special Mining Business Permit Area holders after the issuance
of the Mining Business Permit or Special Mining Business Permit, including any
adjustments to areas that meet the criteria for re-operation.
Pelaporan
Reklamasi Wilayah Laut dan Pencairan Jaminan Reklamasi Wilayah Laut
1) Pemegang IUP atau pemegang IUPK wajib menyampaikan laporan
pelaksanaan kegiatan Reklamasi Wilayah Laut setiap 1 (satu) tahun kepada
Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya melalui sistem
informasi paling lambat tanggal 31 Januari pada tahun berjalan.
2) Format penyusunan laporan Pelaksanaan Reklamasi Wilayah
Laut tercantum dalam format 19.
Reporting on Marine Area
Reclamation and Disbursement of Marine Area Reclamation Guarantees
1)
Holders of Mining Business Permits or Special Mining Business Permits are
required to submit a report on the implementation of Marine Area Reclamation
activities annually to the Director General or the governor, in accordance with
their authority, through the information system no later than January 31 of the
current year.
2) The
format for compiling Marine Area Reclamation Implementation reports is set out
in format 19.
