4.	Ketentuan Persyaratan Terms and Conditions	a.	Persyaratan IUJP meliputi persyaratan administratif dan persyaratan teknis sesuai dengan persyaratan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko. The requirements for a Mining Services Business License comprise administrative and technical requirements, in accordance with the provisions set forth in Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.
		b.	Persyaratan perpanjangan IUJP dan/atau perubahan IUJP dalam rangka perubahan bidang dan/atau subbidang sesuai dengan persyaratan permohonan IUJP baru dan terdapat persyaratan tambahan sesuai dengan persyaratan tambahan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko, dengan ketentuan terkait dengan bukti penyampaian bukti laporan kegiatan triwulanan kepada kepala teknik tambang atau instansi pemberi izin dimaknai: The requirements for the renewal of a Mining Services Business License and/or the modification of a Mining Services Business License—in the context of changing fields and/or sub-fields—align with the requirements for a new Mining Services Business License application, subject to additional requirements as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing; specifically, the provision regarding proof of submission of quarterly activity reports to the Head of Mine Engineering or the licensing authority is interpreted as follows:
			1)	bukti laporan kegiatan triwulanan selama 1 (satu) tahun terakhir; atau proof of quarterly activity reports for the last 1 (one) year; or
			2)	dalam hal umur kontrak kerja belum mencapai 1 (satu) tahun maka bukti penyampaian laporan kegiatan sesuai dimulainya periode kontrak kerja. In cases where the employment contract duration has not yet reached one (1) year, the proof of activity report submission must correspond to the start of the contract period.
		Dalam hal dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi telah tersedia dalam sistem perizinan online (OSS), dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi tidak perlu disampaikan Pelaku Usaha. Dalam hal dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi mengalami perubahan, pelaku usaha melakukan perubahan data dan/atau informasi dalam sistem perizinan online (OSS). If documents, data, and/or information are already available in the online licensing system (OSS), the Business Actor is not required to submit them. In the event of any changes to such documents, data, and/or information, the Business Actor shall update the data and/or information within the online licensing system (OSS).
