END OF MINING POWER
Pasal 23
Article 23
Apabila waktu yang ditentukan dalam suatu kuasa
pertambangan telah berakhir, sedangkan untuk kuasa pertambangan tersebut tidak
diberikan perpanjangan maka kuasa pertambangan tersebut berakhir menurut hukum.
If the time
specified in a mining authorization has expired, and the mining authorization
has not been extended, the mining authorization will end according to law.
