KETENTUAN-KETENTUAN PIDANA

CHAPTER XI

PENAL PROVISIONS

 

Pasal 34

Article 34

 

(1) Jikalau pemegang kuasa pertambangan atau wakilnya adalah suatu perseroan, maka hukuman termaksud pasal 31, 32 dan 33 dijatuhkan kepada para anggota pengurus.

(2) Tindak pidana yang dimaksud dalam pasal 31 ayat (1) adalah kejahatan dan perbuatan-perbuatan lainnya adalah pelanggaran

(1) If the holder of a mining right or its representative is a corporation, the penalties referred to in Articles 31, 32, and 33 shall be imposed upon the members of the management.

(2) The criminal act referred to in Article 31 paragraph (1) constitutes a crime, whereas the other acts constitute contraventions.
