Article 37

 

Undang-undang ini mulai berlaku pada hari diundangkan dan disebut Undang-undang Pokok Pertambangan.

This Law comes into force on the date of its promulgation and is referred to as the Basic Mining Law.

 

Agar supaya setiap orang mengetahuinya, memerintahkan pengundangan Undang-undang ini dengan penempatannya dalam Lembaran-Negara Republik Indonesia.

In order that it may become known to everyone, it is ordered that this Law be promulgated by its inclusion in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
