KETENTUAN PERALIHAN DAN PENUTUP

CHAPTER XII

TRANSITIONAL AND CLOSING PROVISIONS

 

Pasal 36

Article 36

 

(1) Semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan cara pengusahaan pertambangan oleh perusahaan negara, perusahaan swasta, badan lain atau perseorangan yang tersebut dalam pasal 35 ayat (1) di atas serta peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya yang masih berlaku pada saat mulai berlakunya Undang-undang ini tetap berlaku selama belum ada ketentuan-ketentuan pengganti berdasarkan Undan-gundang ini.

(2) Semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang bersumber kepada undang-undang No. 37 Prp tahun 1960 yang masih berlaku pada saat mulai berlakunya Undang-undang ini, tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak dicabut, dirubah atau ditambah berdasarkan Undang-undang ini.

(1) All laws and regulations governing matters related to the conduct of mining operations by state-owned enterprises, private companies, other entities, or individuals as referred to in Article 35 paragraph (1) above, as well as other laws and regulations in force at the time this Law comes into effect, shall remain in force until replaced by provisions issued pursuant to this Law.

(2) All laws and regulations derived from Law No. 37 Prp of 1960 that are in force at the time this Law comes into effect shall remain in force insofar as they are not revoked, amended, or supplemented pursuant to this Law.
