Pasal 11

Pertambangan Rakyat

Article 11

Small-Scale Mining

 

(1) Pertambangan Rakyat bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada rakyat setempat dalam mengusahakan bahan galian untuk turut serta membangun Negara di bidang pertambangan dengan bimbingan Pemerintah.

(2) Pertambangan Rakyat hanya dilakukan oleh Rakyat setempat yang memegang Kuasa Pertambangan (izin) Pertambangan Rakyat.

(3) Ketentuan-ketentuan mengenai Pertambangan Rakyat dan cara serta syarat-syarat untuk memperoleh Kuasa Pertambangan (Izin) Pertambangan Rakyat diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah.

(1) Small-scale mining aims to provide local residents with the opportunity to extract mineral resources and participate in national development within the mining sector, under Government guidance.

(2) Small-scale mining activities may only be conducted by local residents who hold a Small-scale Mining Authorization (permit).

(3) Provisions regarding small-scale mining, as well as the procedures and requirements for obtaining a Small-scale Mining Authorization (permit), are regulated by Government Regulation.
