Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :

In this Law what is meant by :

116. Ketentuan Pasal 164 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 164

Selain ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 158, Pasal 159, Pasal 160, Pasal 161, Pasal 161A, Pasal 161B, dan Pasal 162 kepada pelaku tindak pidana dapat dikenai pidana tambahan berupa :

a. perampasan barang yang digunakan dalam melakukan tindak pidana;

b. perampasan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari tindak pidana; dan/atau

c. kewajiban membayar biaya yang timbul akibat tindak pidana.

116. The provisions of Article 164 are amended to read as follows:

Article 164

In addition to the provisions as intended in Article 158, Article 159, Article 160, Article 161, Article 161A, Article 161B and Article 162, perpetrators of criminal acts may be subject to additional penalties in the form of:

a. confiscation of goods used in committing criminal acts;

b. confiscation of profits obtained from criminal acts; and/or

c. obligation to pay costs arising from criminal acts.
