2. Status tahap kegiatan eksplorasi masing-masing blok/prospek, antara lain: 

a) Reconnaissance (penyelidikan umum) 

b) Target definition (eksplorasi awal) 

c) Target testing (eksplorasi lanjut) 

d) Advance target (eksplorasi detil) 

e) Concept reserve definition (cadangan konseptual) 

f) Pre-feasibility study (pra studi kelayakan) 

g) Feasibility study (studi kelayakan) 

h) Konstruksi-operasi. 

3. Luas masing-masing blok/prospek. 

4. Jenis studi indraja yang dilakukan, seperti: Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), Land Satelite (LANDSAT), Satellite Pour l’Observtion de la Terre (SPOT), dan sebagainya. 

5. Luasan wilayah yang dilakukan studi indraja. 

6. Kegiatan pemetaan yang dilakukan, seperti: pemetaan geologi awal, pemetaan geologi detil, pemetaan topografi rona awal, pemetaan topografi setelah pemboran, dan sebagainya. 

7. Luasan wilayah yang dilakukan pemetaan. 

8. Kegiatan survei geokimia untuk mengetahui kadar (grade) conto batuan dan tanah, seperti: stream sediment, grab sample, chip sample, soil sample, dan sebagainya. 

9. Jumlah titik pengambilan conto. 

10. Luasan wilayah pengambilan conto.

11. Metode survei geofisika yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui anomali cebakan mineral, seperti: aeromagnetik, IP, CSMAT, seismik, dan sebagainya. 12. Luasan wilayah yang dilakukan untuk masing-masing metode survei geofisika. 

13. Total kedalaman sumur uji. 

14. Total luas bukaan sumur uji. 

15. Total kedalaman parit uji. 

16. Total luas bukaan parit uji. 

17. Spasi pengeboran yang dilakukan, baik untuk eksplorasi awal maupun eksplorasi detil. 

18. Total jumlah titik pengeboran yang dilakukan untuk masing-masing spasi pemboran. 

19. Total kedalaman pengeboran yang dilakukan untuk masing-masing spasi pengeboran. 

20. Jenis analisis conto, seperti analisis geokimia, XRD, petrografi, fluid inklusi, dan sebagainya. 

21. Jenis conto yang terdiri dari conto tanah, batuan, dan batuan inti bor. 

22. Jumlah conto untuk masing-masing analisis. 

Jika nama blok/prospek lebih dari 1 (satu), kegiatan jenis/metode kegiatan eksplorasi ditambahkan baris baru.
