PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

65. Di antara Pasal 87 dan Pasal 88 disisipkan 4 (empat) pasal, yakni Pasal 87A, Pasal 87B, Pasal 87C, dan Pasal 87D sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 87A

Menteri wajib menyediakan data dan informasi Pertambangan untuk:

a. menunjang penyiapan WP;

b. mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi; dan

c. melakukan alih teknologi Pertambangan.

Pasal 87B

(1) Penyediaan data dan informasi Pertambangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 87A dilakukan

oleh pusat data dan informasi Pertambangan yang dikelola oleh Menteri.

(2) Pusat data dan informasi Pertambangan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) mengelola informasi paling sedikit tentang :

a. peta informasi geospasial dasar dan tematik;

b. peta WP;

c. jumlah pemegang IUP, IUPK, IPR, dan SIPB;

d. potensi sumber daya;

e. sebaran potensi;

f. jumlah investasi;

g. informasi peruntukan dan tata ruang wilayah;

h. volume produksi;

i. Reklamasi dan Pascatambang;

j. data geologi;

k. sarana dan prasarana Usaha Pertambangan;

l. peluang dan tantangan investasi; dan

m. pendidikan, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan

Pasal 87C

Hasil Penyelidikan dan Penelitian sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 87 wajib disampaikan kepada Menteri.

Pasal 87D

(1) Pusat data dan informasi Pertambangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 87B ayat (1) wajib menyajikan informasi Pertambangan secara akurat, mutakhir, dan dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat oleh pemegang Perizinan Berusaha dan masyarakat.

(2) Jenis data dan informasi Pertambangan yang dapat diakses sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang keterbukaan informasi publik.

65. Between Article 87 and Article 88, 4 (four) articles are inserted, namely Article 87A, Article 87B, Article 87C and Article 87D so that they read as follows:

Article 87A

The Minister is obliged to provide Mining data and information to:

a. supports WP (in Bahasa) setup;

b. develop science and technology; And

c. carry out mining technology transfer.

Article 87B

(1) Provision of Mining data and information as intended in Article 87A is carried out

by the Mining data and information center managed by the Minister.

(2) The Mining data and information center as intended in paragraph (1) manages information about at least:

a. basic geospatial and thematic information maps;

b. WP (in Bahasa) map;

c. number of IUP (in Bahasa), IUPK (in Bahasa), IPR (in Bahasa), and SIPB (in Bahasa) holders;

d. resource potential;

e. potential distribution;

f. investment amount;

g. information on regional allocation and spatial planning;

h. production volume;

i. Reclamation and Post-mining;

j. geological data;

k. Mining Business facilities and infrastructure;

l. investment opportunities and challenges; And

m. education, training, counseling, mentoring, and

Article 87C

The results of investigations and research as intended in Article 87 must be submitted to the Minister.

Article 87D

(1) The Mining data and information center as intended in Article 87B paragraph (1) is obliged to present Mining information accurately, up to date, and can be accessed easily and quickly by Business License holders and the public.

(2) The types of Mining data and information that can be accessed as intended in paragraph (1) are carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of public information disclosure.
