Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :

91. Ketentuan Pasal 123 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 123

Dalam hal IUP atau IUPK berakhir, eks pemegang IUP atau IUPK wajib menyerahkan seluruh data yang diperoleh dari hasil kegiatan Eksplorasi dan Operasi Produksi kepada Menteri.

91. The provisions of Article 123 are amended to read as follows:

Article 123

In the event that the IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) ends, the former IUP (in Bahasa) or IUPK (in Bahasa) holder is obliged to submit all data obtained from the results of Exploration and Production Operation activities to the Minister.
