Pasal 1
Dalam Undang-Undang ini yang dimaksud dengan :
Article 1
In this Law what is meant by :

23. Di antara Pasal 27 dan Pasal 28 disisipkan 1 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 27A sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut :

Pasal 27A

Wilayah dalam WP yang dapat ditetapkan sebagai WPN harus memenuhi kriteria:

a. memiliki formasi batuan pembawa Mineral logam dan/atau Batubara berdasarkan peta atau data geologi;

b. memiliki sumber daya dan/atau cadangan Mineral logam dan/ atau Batubara;

c. untuk keperluan konservasi Mineral logam dan/atau Batubara; dan/atau

d. untuk keperluan konservasi dalam rangka menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan lingkungan.

23. Between Article 27 and Article 28, 1 (one) article is inserted, namely Article 27A so that it reads as follows:

Article 27A

Areas within a WP (in Bahasa) that can be designated as a WPN (in Bahasa) must meet the following criteria:

a. has rock formations bearing metallic minerals and/or coal based on maps or geological data;

b. has resources and/or reserves of metallic minerals and/or coal;

c. for the purposes of conservation of metallic minerals and/or coal; and/or

d. for conservation purposes in order to maintain the balance of ecosystems and the environment.
