Ayat 178
Verse 178
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
يٰٓأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِى الْقَتْلَى ۖ الْحُرُّ بِالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدُ بِالْعَبْدِ وَالْأُنثَىٰ بِالْأُنثَىٰ ۚ فَمَنْ عُفِىَ لَهُۥ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَىْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌۢ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَآءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسٰنٍ ۗ ذٰلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ ۗ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ فَلَهُۥ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ 
١٧٨:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“yaa ayyuhaa alladziina aamanuu kutiba ‘alaykumu alqisasu fii alqatlaa alhurru bialhurri waal’abdu bial’abdi waaluntsaa bialuntsaa faman ‘ufiya lahu min akhiihi syay-un faittibaa’un bialma’ruufi wa-adaaun ilayhi bi-ihsaanin dzaalika takhfiifun min rabbikum warahmatun famani i’tadaa ba’da dzaalika falahu ‘adzaabun aliimun,”

“ Hai orang-orang yang beriman, diwajibkan atas kamu qishaash berkenaan dengan orang-orang yang dibunuh; orang merdeka dengan orang merdeka, hamba dengan hamba, dan wanita dengan wanita. Maka barangsiapa yang mendapat suatu pemaafan dari saudaranya, hendaklah (yang memaafkan) mengikuti dengan cara yang baik, dan hendaklah (yang diberi maaf) membayar (diat) kepada yang memberi maaf dengan cara yang baik (pula). Yang demikian itu adalah suatu keringanan dari Tuhan kamu dan suatu rahmat. Barangsiapa yang melampaui batas sesudah itu, maka baginya siksa yang sangat pedih”

“O ye who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered; the freeman for the freeman, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. And for him who is forgiven somewhat by his (injured) brother, prosecution according to usage and payment unto him in kindness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. He who transgresseth after this will have a painful doom,”


Ayat 179
Verse 179
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَلَكُمْ فِى الْقِصَاصِ حَيَوٰةٌ يٰٓأُو۟لِى الْأَلْبٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
١٧٩:اَلبَقَرَةُ

“walakum fii alqisasi hayaatun yaa ulii al-albaabi la’allakum tattaquuna,”

“ Dan dalam qishaash itu ada (jaminan kelangsungan) hidup bagimu, hai orang-orang yang berakal, supaya kamu bertakwa,”

“And there is life for you in retaliation, O men of understanding, that ye may ward off (evil),”


Ayat 180
Verse 180
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوٰلِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۖ حَقًّا عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“kutiba ‘alaykum idzaa hadhara ahadakumu almawtu in taraka khayran alwashiyyatu lilwaalidayni waal-aqrabiina bialma’ruufi haqqan ‘alaa almuttaqiina”
“Diwajibkan atas kamu, apabila seorang di antara kamu kedatangan (tanda-tanda) maut, jika ia meninggalkan harta yang banyak, berwasiat untuk ibu-bapak dan karib kerabatnya secara ma’ruf, (ini adalah) kewajiban atas orang-orang yang bertakwa,”

فَمَنۢ بَدَّلَهُۥ بَعْدَمَا سَمِعَهُۥ فَإِنَّمَآ إِثْمُهُۥ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ اللهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
١٨١:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“faman baddalahu ba’da maa sami’ahu fa-innamaa itsmuhu ‘alaa alladziina yubaddiluunahu inna allaaha samii’un ‘aliimun,”

“ Maka barangsiapa yang mengubah wasiat itu, setelah ia mendengarnya, maka sesungguhnya dosanya adalah bagi orang-orang yang mengubahnya. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui”

Ayat 184
Verse 184
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
أَيَّامًا مَّعْدُودٰتٍ ۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۚ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُۥ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ ۖ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُۥ ۚ وَأَن تَصُومُوا۟ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
١٨٤:اَلبَقَرَةُ

“ayyaaman ma’duudaatin faman kaana minkum mariidhan aw ‘alaa safarin fa’iddatun min ayyaamin ukhara wa’alaa alladziina yuthiiquunahu fidyatun tha’aamu miskiinin faman tathawwa’a khayran fahuwa khayrun lahu wa-an tashuumuu khayrun lakum in kuntum ta’lamuuna,”

“(yaitu) dalam beberapa hari yang tertentu. Maka barangsiapa diantara kamu ada yang sakit atau dalam perjalanan (lalu ia berbuka), maka (wajiblah baginya berpuasa) sebanyak hari yang ditinggalkan itu pada hari-hari yang lain. Dan wajib bagi orang-orang yang berat menjalankannya (jika mereka tidak berpuasa) membayar fidyah, (yaitu): memberi makan seorang miskin. Barangsiapa yang dengan kerelaan hati mengerjakan kebajikan, maka itulah yang lebih baik baginya. Dan berpuasa lebih baik bagimu jika kamu mengetahui”

“(Fast) a certain number of days; and (for) him who is sick among you, or on a journey, (the same) number of other days; and for those who can afford it there is a ransom: the feeding of a man in need – but whoso doeth good of his own accord, it is better for him: and that ye fast is better for you if ye did but know,”


Ayat 185
Verse 185
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْءَانُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنٰتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۗ يُرِيدُ اللهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُوا۟ الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا۟ اللهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَىٰكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
١٨٥:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“syahru ramadaana alladzii unzila fiihi alqur-aanu hudan lilnnaasi wabayyinaatin mina alhudaa waalfurqaani faman syahida minkumu alsysyahra falyashumhu waman kaana mariidhan aw ‘alaa safarin fa’iddatun min ayyaamin ukhara yuriidu allaahu bikumu alyusra walaa yuriidu bikumu al’usra walitukmiluu al’iddata walitukabbiruu allaaha ‘alaa maa hadaakum wala’allakum tasykuruuna,”

“(Beberapa hari yang ditentukan itu ialah) bulan Ramadhan, bulan yang di dalamnya diturunkan (permulaan) Al Quran sebagai petunjuk bagi manusia dan penjelasan-penjelasan mengenai petunjuk itu dan pembeda (antara yang hak dan yang bathil). Karena itu, barangsiapa di antara kamu hadir (di negeri tempat tinggalnya) di bulan itu, maka hendaklah ia berpuasa pada bulan itu, dan barangsiapa sakit atau dalam perjalanan (lalu ia berbuka), maka (wajiblah baginya berpuasa), sebanyak hari yang ditinggalkannya itu, pada hari-hari yang lain. Allah menghendaki kemudahan bagimu, dan tidak menghendaki kesukaran bagimu. Dan hendaklah kamu mencukupkan bilangannya dan hendaklah kamu mengagungkan Allah atas petunjuk-Nya yang diberikan kepadamu, supaya kamu bersyukur,”

“The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the Criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, (let him fast the same) number of other days. Allah desireth for you ease; He desireth not hardship for you; and (He desireth) that ye should complete the period, and that ye should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that peradventure ye may be thankful,”


Ayat 186
Verse 186
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
١٨٦:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wa-idzaa sa-alaka ‘ibaadii ‘annii fa-innii qariibun ujiibu da’wata alddaa’i idzaa da’aani falyastajiibuu lii walyu/minuu bii la’allahum yarsyuduuna”
“Dan apabila hamba-hamba-Ku bertanya kepadamu tentang Aku, maka (jawablah), bahwasanya Aku adalah dekat. Aku mengabulkan permohonan orang yang berdoa apabila ia memohon kepada-Ku, maka hendaklah mereka itu memenuhi (segala perintah-Ku) dan hendaklah mereka beriman kepada-Ku, agar mereka selalu berada dalam kebenaran,”

Ayat 187
Verse 187
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَآئِكُمْ ۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنَّ ۗ عَلِمَ اللهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْ ۖ فَالْـٰٔنَ بٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُوا۟ مَا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَكُمْ ۚ وَكُلُوا۟ وَاشْرَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا۟ الصِّيَامَ إِلَى الَّيْلِ ۚ وَلَا تُبٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عٰكِفُونَ فِى الْمَسٰجِدِ ۗ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللهِ فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهَا ۗ كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللهُ ءَايٰتِهِۦ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ 
١٨٧:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“uhilla lakum laylata alshshiyaami alrrafatsu ilaa nisaa-ikum hunna libaasun lakum wa-antum libaasun lahunna ‘alima allaahu annakum kuntum takhtaanuuna anfusakum fataaba ‘alaykum wa’afaa ‘ankum faal-aana baasyiruuhunna waibtaghuu maa kataba allaahu lakum wakuluu waisyrabuu hattaa yatabayyana lakumu alkhaythu al-abyadhu mina alkhaythi al-aswadi mina alfajri tsumma atimmuu alshshiyaama ilaa allayli walaa tubaasyiruuhunna wa-antum ‘aakifuuna fii almasaajidi tilka huduudu allaahi falaa taqrabuuhaa kadzaalika yubayyinu allaahu aayaatihi lilnnaasi la’allahum yattaquuna,”

“Dihalalkan bagi kamu pada malam hari bulan puasa bercampur dengan isteri-isteri kamu; mereka adalah pakaian bagimu, dan kamupun adalah pakaian bagi mereka. Allah mengetahui bahwasanya kamu tidak dapat menahan nafsumu, karena itu Allah mengampuni kamu dan memberi maaf kepadamu. Maka sekarang campurilah mereka dan ikutilah apa yang telah ditetapkan Allah untukmu, dan makan minumlah hingga terang bagimu benang putih dari benang hitam, yaitu fajar. Kemudian sempurnakanlah puasa itu sampai (datang) malam, (tetapi) janganlah kamu campuri mereka itu, sedang kamu beri’tikaf dalam mesjid. Itulah larangan Allah, maka janganlah kamu mendekatinya. Demikianlah Allah menerangkan ayat-ayat-Nya kepada manusia, supaya mereka bertakwa”

“It is made lawful for you to go in unto your wives on the night of the fast. They are raiment for you and ye are raiment for them. Allah is Aware that ye were deceiving yourselves in this respect and He hath turned in mercy toward you and relieved you. So hold intercourse with them and seek that which Allah hath ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread becometh distinct to you from the black thread of the dawn. Then strictly observe the fast till nightfall and touch them not, but be at your devotions in the mosques. These are the limits imposed by Allah, so approach them not. Thus Allah expoundeth His revelation to mankind that they may ward off (evil),”


Ayat 188
Verse 188
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَلَا تَأْكُلُوٓا۟ أَمْوٰلَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبٰطِلِ وَتُدْلُوا۟ بِهَآ إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُوا۟ فَرِيقًا مِّنْ أَمْوٰلِ النَّاسِ بِالْإِثْمِ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
١٨٨:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“walaa ta/kuluu amwaalakum baynakum bialbaathili watudluu bihaa ilaa alhukkaami lita/kuluu fariiqan min amwaali alnnaasi bial-itsmi wa-antum ta’lamuuna,”

“Dan janganlah sebahagian kamu memakan harta sebahagian yang lain di antara kamu dengan jalan yang bathil dan (janganlah) kamu membawa (urusan) harta itu kepada hakim, supaya kamu dapat memakan sebahagian daripada harta benda orang lain itu dengan (jalan berbuat) dosa, padahal kamu mengetahui,”

“And eat not up your property among yourselves in vanity, nor seek by it to gain the hearing of the judges that ye may knowingly devour a portion of the property of others wrongfully,”


Ayat 189
Verse 189
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
يَسْـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَهِلَّةِ ۖ قُلْ هِىَ مَوٰقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ ۗ وَلَيْسَ الْبِرُّ بِأَن تَأْتُوا۟ الْبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلٰكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقَىٰ ۗ وَأْتُوا۟ الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوٰبِهَا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا۟ اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
١٨٩:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“yas-aluunaka ‘ani al-ahillati qul hiya mawaaqiitu lilnnaasi waalhajji walaysa albirru bi-an ta/tuu albuyuuta min zhuhuurihaa walaakinna albirra mani ittaqaa wa/tuu albuyuuta min abwaabihaa waittaquu allaaha la’allakum tuflihuuna”
“Mereka bertanya kepadamu tentang bulan sabit. Katakanlah: “Bulan sabit itu adalah tanda-tanda waktu bagi manusia dan (bagi ibadat) haji; Dan bukanlah kebajikan memasuki rumah-rumah dari belakangnya, akan tetapi kebajikan itu ialah kebajikan orang yang bertakwa. Dan masuklah ke rumah-rumah itu dari pintu-pintunya; dan bertakwalah kepada Allah agar kamu beruntung,”

“They ask thee, (O Muhammad), of new moons, say: They are fixed seasons for mankind and for the pilgrimage. It is not righteousness that ye go to houses by the backs thereof (as do the idolaters at certain seasons), but the righteous man is he who wardeth off (evil). So go to houses by the gates thereof, and observe your duty to Allah, that ye may be successful,”

Ayat 190
Verse 190
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَقٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ اللهِ الَّذِينَ يُقٰتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
١٩٠:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“waqaatiluu fii sabiili allaahi alladziina yuqaatiluunakum walaa ta’taduu inna allaaha laa yuhibbu almu’tadiina,”

“Dan perangilah di jalan Allah orang-orang yang memerangi kamu, (tetapi) janganlah kamu melampaui batas, karena sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang melampaui batas”

“Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but begin not hostilities. Lo! Allah loveth not aggressors”


Ayat 191
Verse 191
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ ۚ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ وَلَا تُقٰتِلُوهُمْ عِندَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ حَتَّىٰ يُقٰتِلُوكُمْ فِيهِ ۖ فَإِن قٰتَلُوكُمْ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ ۗ كَذٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ الْكٰفِرِينَ
١٩١:اَلبَقَرَةُ
“wauqtuluuhum haytsu tsaqiftumuuhum wa-akhrijuuhum min haytsu akhrajuukum waalfitnatu asyaddu mina alqatli walaa tuqaatiluuhum ‘inda almasjidi alharaami hattaa yuqaatiluukum fiihi fa-in qaataluukum fauqtuluuhum kadzaalika jazaau alkaafiriina,”

“Dan bunuhlah mereka di mana saja kamu jumpai mereka, dan usirlah mereka dari tempat mereka telah mengusir kamu (Mekah); dan fitnah itu lebih besar bahayanya dari pembunuhan, dan janganlah kamu memerangi mereka di Masjidil Haram, kecuali jika mereka memerangi kamu di tempat itu. Jika mereka memerangi kamu (di tempat itu), maka bunuhlah mereka. Demikanlah balasan bagi orang-orang kafir,”

“And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than slaughter. And fight not with them at the Inviolable Place of Worship until they first attack you there, but if they attack you (there) then slay them. Such is the reward of disbelievers,”


Ayat 192
Verse 192
اَعُوْذُبِاللهِ مِنَ الشَيْطَانِ الرَجِيْمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
فَإِنِ انتَهَوْا۟ فَإِنَّ اللهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

“fa-ini intahaw fa-inna allaaha ghafuurun rahiimun”
“Kemudian jika mereka berhenti (dari memusuhi kamu), maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang,”
