prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan, 1.1.5. prosedur instruksi kerja, dan 1.1.6.
pelaksana kerja dan 1.2. Program Mutu dapat dirivisi sesuai dengan kondisi
lokasi pekerjaan dan 2. Pembayaran Uang Muka yaitu 2.1. nilai besaran uang muka
paling tinggi sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan dalam Kontrak, 2.2. besarnya
Jaminan Uang Muka adalah senilai uang muka yang diterima Penyedia, 2.3. Jaminan
Uang Muka diterbitkan oleh Bank Umum, perusahaan penjamin atau perusahaan
asuransi, 2.4. Penyedia mengajukan permohonan pengambilan uang muka secara
tertulis kepada PPK (Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen) disertai dengan rencana
penggunaan uang muka untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai Kontrak, 2.5. PPK
(Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen) mengajukan surat permintaan pembayaran untuk
permohonan tersebut setelah Jaminan Uang Muka diterima oleh Penyedia, 2.6. pengembalian
uang muka diperhitungkan secara proporsional pada setiap pembayaran prestasi
pekerjaan dan paling lambat harus lunas pada saat pekerjaan mencapai 100%
(seratus per seratus), dan 2.7. untuk Kontrak Tahun Jamak, nilai Jaminan Uang
Muka secara bertahap dapat dikurangi sesuai dengan pencapaian prestasi
pekerjaan.

information about the work to be carried out, 1.1.2. provider work
organization, 1.1.3. work schedule, 1.1.4. procedure for carrying out work,
1.1.5. work instruction procedures, and 1.1.6. work executor and 1.2. The
Quality Program can be supervised in accordance with the conditions of the job
location and 2. Payment of Advances, namely 2.1. the value of the highest down
payment according to what is stipulated in the Contract, 2.2. the amount of the
Advance Guarantee is worth the advances received by the Provider, 2.3. The
Advance Guarantee is issued by a Commercial Bank, a guarantor company or an
insurance company, 2.4. The Provider submits a request for withdrawal in
advance to the Commitment Making Officer accompanied by a plan to use the down
payment to carry out work under the Contract, 2.5. The Commitment Making
Official submits a request for payment for the request after the Advance
Payment Guarantee is received by the Provider, 2.6. Advance refunds are
calculated proportionally on each work performance payment and must be paid off
at the latest when the work reaches 100% (one hundred per hundred), and 2.7.
for Multi-Year Contracts, a Down Payment Guarantee value can be gradually
reduced according to work achievement.

peringatan secara tertulis atau dikenakan ketentuan tentang Kontrak Kritis; 2. Peraturan
LKPP (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah) Nomor 09 Tahun 2018,
2.1. para pihak melakukan pengawasan/pengendalian terhadap pelaksanaan Kontrak
baik secara langsung atau melalui pihak lain yang ditunjuk, 2.2.
pengawasan/pengendalian Kontrak dapat dilaksanakan secara sendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama
oleh 2.2.1. Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak, 2.2.2. pihak ketiga yang independen,
2.2.3. Penyedia, dan/atau 2.2.4. pengguna akhir; 3. Dalam hal terjadi deviasi
antara realisasi dengan target
Pelaksanaan Kontrak atau terjadi Kontrak Kritis maka para pihak melakukan Show Case Meeting / SCM); 4. Pejabat
Penandatangan Kontrak memerintahkan Penyedia untuk melaksanakan perbaikan target dan realisasi pelaksanaan
pekerjaan; 5. Apabila Penyedia tidak mampu mencapai target yang ditetapkan pada SCM
(Show Case Meeting) maka Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak mengeluarkan Surat
Peringatan (SP) kepada Penyedia; dan 6. Dalam hal telah dikeluarkan SP (Surat
Peringatan) Ketiga dan Penyedia dinilai tidak mampu mencapai target yang
ditetapkan, maka Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak dapat melakukan pemutusan
Kontrak secara sepihak dan memberikan sanksi kepada Penyedia sesuai ketentuan
yang berlaku.

Procurement Number 09 of 2018, 2.1. the parties carry out supervision / control
over the implementation of the Contract either directly or through other designated
parties, 2.2. supervision / control of contracts can be carried out
individually or together by 2.2.1. Contract Signing Officer, 2.2.2. independent
third party, 2.2.3. Provider, and / or 2.2.4. last user; 3. In the event of a
deviation between the realization of the target of the Contract Implementation
or the occurrence of a Critical Contract, the parties conduct a Show Case
Meeting / SCM); 4. Contract Signing Officer instructs the Provider to carry out
target repairs and the realization of work implementation; 5. If the Provider
is unable to reach the target set in the SCM (Show Case Meeting), the Contract

that a Third Warning Letter has been issued and the Provider is deemed unable
