SPPBJ (Surat Penunjukan Penyedia Barang/Jasa), 3.4. TTD (Tanda Tangan) Kontrak, 3.5. SPMK (Surat Perintah Mulai Kerja)-Program Mutu, 3.6. Pelaksanaan Kontrak yaitu 3.6.1. uang muka, 3.6.2. laporan, kontrak kritis, dan rapat berkala, 3.6.3. Penyerahan Sementara Pekerjaan (PHO, Provisional Hand Over), 3.6.4. masa pemeliharaan PHO (Provisional Hand Over), 4. Rancangan kontrak yaitu 4.1. dibuat sebelum pengadaan/tender agar dapat menemukan penyedia yang sesuai, yang menyanggupi skema kontrak, untuk mencapai kinerja yang baik dan untuk menghindari risiko, 4.2. rancangan kontrak dalam tender dapat diubah melalui addendum dokumen pengadaan, 4.3. sejak batas penutupan s.d. tanda tangan kontrak, tidak diperbolehkan adanya perubahan (kecuali mengenai masa pelaksanaan yang berkurang atau merapikan rancangan kontrak).

1.2.3. masa sanggah dan/atau masa sanggah banding berakhir, 1.3. PPK (Pejabat
Pembuat Komitmen) me-review hasil
penetapan pokja (kelompok kerja) Penetapan Surat Penunjukan Penyedia Barang
Jasa (SPPBJ), Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak sebelum menetapkan Surat Penunjukan
Penyedia Barang Jasa (SPPBJ) melakukan reviu atas laporan hasil pemilihan
Penyedia dari pokja (kelompok kerja) Pemilihan / Pejabat Pengadaan untuk
memastikan 1.3.1. bahwa proses pemilihan Penyedia sudah dilaksanakan
berdasarkan prosedur yang ditetapkan, dan 1.3.2. bahwa pemenang pemilihan /
calon Penyedia memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan kontrak, dan 1.4.
berdasarkan hasil reviu, Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak memutuskan untuk
menerima atau menolak hasil pemilihan Penyedia tersebut, 2. SPMK / SPP (Surat
Perintah Mulai Kerja / Surat Perintah Pengiriman) meliputi 2.1. SPMK (Surat
Perintah Mulai Kerja) diterbitkan selambat-lambatnya 14 hari kerja setelah
tandatangan kontrak atau 14 hari kerja sejak penyerahan lokasi pekerjaan, 2.2.
dalam SPMK (Surat Perintah Mulai Kerja) dicantumkan seluruh lingkup pekerjaan
dan tanggal mulai kerja yang merupakan waktu dimulainya pelaksanaan pekerjaan
sesuai kontrak, 2.3. SPP (Surat Perintah Pengiriman) untuk Barang, Surat
Perintah Pengiriman (SPP) adalah surat perintah tertulis dari pejabat
Penandatangan Kontrak kepada Penyedia barang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan
penyediaan barang sesuai kontrak, 2.4. Pejabat Penandatangan Kontrak
menerbitkan SPP (Surat Perintah Pengiriman) selambat-lambatnya 14 hari kerja
sejak tanggal penandatangan Kontrak,
2.5. SPP (Surat Perintah Pengiriman) harus sudah
disetujui/ditandatangani oleh penyedia sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan
selambat-lambatnya 07 (tujuh) hari kerja sejak tanggal penerbitan SPP (Surat
Perintah Pengiriman).

Procurement Service Unit submits the Minutes of Tender Results to Commitment
Making Officials, 1.2. Commitment Making Officer issues Letter of Appointment
for Goods / Services Providers if 1.2.1. there is no objection from the
participant, 1.2.2. the objection and / or objection appeal is proven to be
incorrect, or 1.2.3. the objection period and / or the objection appeal period
ends, 1.3. Commitment Making Officer reviews the results of the working group of Determination of
Letter of Appointment of Good/Service Provider, Contract Signing Officer before
stipulating a Letter of Appointment for Goods/Service Provider reviews the
report on election results from working groups of Election / Procurement Officer to ensure 1.3.1.
that the process of selecting Providers has been carried out based on the
established procedures, and 1.3.2. that the winner of the election /
prospective Provider has the ability to carry out the contract, and 1.4. based
on the results of the review, the Contract Signing Officer decides to accept or
reject the selection result of the Provider, 2. Work Start Order / Shipping
Order includes 2.1. Work Start Order is issued no later than 14 working days
after the contract signature or 14 working days from the submission of the job
location, 2.2. in the Work Commencement Order be included the entire scope of
work and the start date of work which is the time of commencement of work
according to the contract, 2.3. Shipping Order for Goods, Shipping Order is a
written order from the Contracting Signing Officer to the goods/services
Provider to carry out the work of providing goods in accordance with the
contract, 2.4. Contract Signing Officer issues Delivery Order no later than 14
working days from the contract signing date, 2.5. Delivery Order must be
approved / signed by the provider in accordance with the required no later than 07 (seven) of working days from the date of issuance of the Shipping Order.
