diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan akibat perubahan pekerjaan atau
peristiwa kompensasi; 4. Usulan tertulis yaitu 4.1. PPK (Pejabat Pembuat
Komitmen) dapat menyetujui perpanjangan Masa Pelaksanaan atas Kontrak setelah
melakukan penelitian terhadap usulan tertulis yang diajukan oleh Penyedia dalam
jangka waktu sesuai pertimbangan yang wajar setelah Penyedia meminta
perpanjangan, 4.2. jika Penyedia lalai untuk memberikan peringatan dini atas
keterlambatan atau tidak dapat bekerja sama untuk mencegah keterlambatan
sesegera mungkin, maka keterlambatan seperti ini tidak dapat dijadikan alasan
untuk memperpanjang Masa Pelaksanaan; 5. Addendum
Kontrak (Perubahan Kontrak) yaitu 5.1. PPK (Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen)
berdasarkan pertimbangan Pengawas dan Panitia Peneliti Pelaksanaan Kontrak
harus menetapkan ada tidaknya perpanjangan dan untuk berapa lama, 5.2.
persetujuan perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan dan/atau perpanjangan Masa Pelaksanaan
dituangkan dalam Addendum Kontrak,
5.3. jika terjadi Peristiwa Kompensasi sehingga penyelesaian pekerjaan akan
melampaui Masa Pelaksanaan, maka Penyedia berhak untuk meminta perpanjangan
Masa Pelaksanaan berdasarkan data penunjang, 5.4. PPK (Pejabat Pembuat
Komitmen) berdasarkan pertimbangan Pengawas Pekerjaan memperpanjang Masa
Pelaksanaan secara tertulis, perpanjangan Masa Pelaksanaan harus dilakukan
melalui Addendum Kontrak; dan 6.

change / addition of scope, 2.3. force majeure, and 2.4. compensation event; 3.
The length of time extension, namely the implementation period can be extended
at least equal to the time of termination of the Contract due to Force Majeure
or the time needed to complete the work due to changes in work or compensation
events; 4. Written proposal, namely 4.1. The Commitment Making Officer can
approve the extension of the Implementation Period for the Contract after
conducting a study of written proposals submitted by the Provider within a
period of time according to reasonable considerations after the Provider requests
an extension, 4.2. if the Provider fails to provide early warning of delay or
cannot work together to prevent delays as soon as possible, then such delays
cannot be used as an excuse to extend the Period of Implementation; 5. Addendum
to the Contract (Change of Contract), namely 5.1. The Commitment Making
Official based on the consideration of the Supervisor and Contract
Implementation Research Committee must determine whether there is an extension
and for how long, 5.2. approval for amendment to the implementation schedule
and / or extension of the Implementation Period is set forth in the Contract
Addendum, 5.3. if a Compensation Event occurs so that the completion of the
work will exceed the Implementation Period, the Provider has the right to request
an extension of the Implementation Period based on supporting data, 5.4. The
Commitment Making Official is based on the consideration of the Work Supervisor
to extend the Implementation Period in writing, the extension of the
Implementation Period must be carried out through the Contract Addendum; and 6.
