KETIGA :
Aspek evaluasi RKAB sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU huruf b
terdiri atas:
a. format evaluasi RKAB tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi untuk
permohonan yang diajukan oleh pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau
pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi; dan
b. format evaluasi RKAB tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi untuk
permohonan yang diajukan oleh pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi,
pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi, atau pemegang IUPK sebagai
Kelanjutan Operasi Kontrak/Perjanjian,
sebagaimana
tercantum dalam Lampiran III yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari
Keputusan Menteri ini.
THIRD: The
evaluation aspects of the Work Plan and Budget as referred to in Dictum FIRST
letter b consist of:
a. the evaluation format for the Work Plan and Budget for the
Exploration stage for applications submitted by holders of Mining Business
Permits at the Exploration stage or holders of Special Mining Business Permits
at the Exploration stage; and
b. the evaluation format for the Work Plan and Budget for the
Production Operation stage for applications submitted by holders of Mining
Business Permits at the Production Operation stage, holders of Special Mining
Business Permits at the Production Operation stage, or holders of Special
Mining Business Permits as a Continuation of Contract/Agreement Operations,
as set out in Attachment III, which is an integral part of
this Ministerial Decree.
KEEMPAT : Format
persetujuan RKAB sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU huruf c:
a. untuk permohonan yang diajukan oleh pemegang IUP tahap
kegiatan Eksplorasi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi yang terdiri
atas golongan Mineral logam, golongan Mineral bukan logam/Mineral bukan logam
jenis tertentu, golongan batuan, dan golongan Batubara sebagaimana tercantum
dalam Lampiran IV; dan
b. untuk permohonan yang diajukan oleh pemegang IUP tahap
kegiatan Operasi Produksi, pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi, atau
pemegang IUPK sebagai Kelanjutan Operasi Kontrak/Perjanjian terdiri atas
golongan Mineral logam, golongan Mineral bukan logam/Mineral bukan logam jenis
tertentu, golongan batuan, dan golongan Batubara sebagaimana tercantum dalam
Lampiran V,
yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan
Menteri ini
FOURTH:
The format for approval of the Work Plan and Budget as referred to in Dictum
FIRST letter c:
a. for
applications submitted by holders of Mining Business Permits in the Exploration
phase or holders of Special Mining Business Permits in the Exploration phase, consisting
of metallic minerals, non-metallic minerals/certain types of non-metallic
minerals, rock groups, and coal groups as listed in Attachment IV; and
b. for
applications submitted by holders of Mining Business Permits in the Production
Operation phase, holders of Special Mining Business Permits in the Production
Operation phase, or holders of Special Mining Business Permits as a
Continuation of Contract/Agreement Operations, consisting of metallic minerals,
non-metallic minerals/certain types of non-metallic minerals, rock groups, and
coal groups as listed in Attachment V,
which
