Untuk reklamasi yang berada di wilayah laut dilaksanakan dengan tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut:

BAB III	LOKASI, BIAYA, DAN PROGRAM REKLAMASI LAUT LOCATION, COST, AND PROGRAM OF SEA RECLAMATION
	3.1	Kajian Lokasi Reklamasi Laut Sea Reclamation Site Study	Berisikan uraian mengenai kajian lokasi Reklamasi Laut yang meliputi: Contains a description of the study of the Sea Reclamation location which includes:
			a.	cakupan Studi Dokumen Lingkungan Hidup; scope of Environmental Document Study;
			b.	rona awal lingkungan hidup laut; initial appearance of the marine environment;
			c.	batimetri Wilayah Studi; bathymetry of the Study Area;
			d.	Rencana Zonasi Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau–Pulau Kecil (RZWP-3- K); Coastal Area and Small Islands Zoning Plan (RZWP-3- K);
			e.	arus laut; ocean currents;
			f.	jalur pelayaran; shipping lanes;
			g.	biodiversitas (berdasarkan rona awal) berdasarkan semacam survei dengan kebutuhan masyarakat lokal; biodiversity (based on baseline) based on a kind of survey with local community needs;
			h.	Keberadaan WIUP atau WIUPK lain di sekitar WIUP atau WIUPK; dan The existence of other Mining Business Permit Areas or Special Mining Business Permit Areas around the Mining Business Permit Area or Special Mining Business Permit Area; and
			i.	hasil penentuan lokasi Reklamasi laut. results of determining the location of sea reclamation.
	3.2	Penentuan Biaya Reklamasi Wilayah Laut Determination of Marine Area Reclamation Costs	Berisikan uraian mengenai rencana biaya Reklamasi Wilayah laut yang ditentukan berdasarkan luas rencana area kerja kegiatan Pertambangan dan standar biaya Reklamasi wilayah laut. Contains a description of the planned costs for marine area reclamation which are determined based on the planned area of ​​work for mining activities and the standard costs for marine area reclamation.
	3.3	Program Reklamasi Wilayah Laut Marine Area Reclamation Program	Berisikan uraian mengenai program Reklamasi Wilayah Laut yang meliputi: Contains a description of the Marine Area Reclamation program which includes:
