c. Program Reklamasi Pada Wilayah Darat Untuk program reklamasi yang berada di wilayah darat mencakup beberapa hal sebagai berikut: (halaman 18)

c. Reclamation Program in Land Areas The reclamation program in land areas includes the following: (page 18)

 

1) program Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk revegetasi.

2) program Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk revegetasi dan/atau nonrevegetasi.

3) program Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi dalam bentuk nonrevegetasi, antara lain:

a) area permukiman;

b) pariwisata;

c) sumber air;

d) area pembudidayaan; dan/atau

e) sumber energi terbarukan.

4) program Reklamasi nonrevegetasi dilaksanakan dengan ketentuan:

a) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat setempat;

b) berdasarkan kesepakatan para pemangku kepentingan;

c) berada pada status kawasan area penggunaan lain;

d) sesuai dengan dokumen Studi Kelayakan dan Dokumen Lingkungan Hidup yang telah disetujui; dan

e) sesuai dengan tata guna lahan.

1) The reclamation program during the exploration phase is implemented in the form of revegetation.

2) The reclamation program during the production operations phase can be implemented in the form of revegetation and/or non-revegetation.

3) The reclamation program during the production operations phase can be implemented in the form of non-revegetation, including:

a) residential areas;

b) tourism;

c) water sources;

d) cultivation areas; and/or

e) renewable energy sources.

4) The non-revegetation reclamation program is implemented under the following conditions:

a) aims to improve the social, economic, and cultural aspects of the local community;

b) based on stakeholder agreement;

c) is located in an area designated for other uses;

d) in accordance with the approved feasibility study and environmental documents; and

e) in accordance with land use planning.
