PADA KEGIATAN USAHA PERTAMBANGAN MINERAL DAN BATUBARA

CONCERNING

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTING RECLAMATION AND POST-MINING IN MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

KEENAM SIXTH	:	Pada saat Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku, terhadap permohonan pembukaan kembali area yang telah direklamasi pada kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara yang telah dimohonkan dan belum mendapatkan persetujuan sebelum berlakunya Keputusan Menteri ini, diproses sesuai dengan pedoman dalam ketentuan Lampiran III Keputusan Menteri ini. When this Ministerial Decree comes into force, applications for the reopening of areas that have been reclaimed in Mineral and Coal Mining Business activities that have been submitted and have not received approval before this Ministerial Decree comes into force, will be processed in accordance with the guidelines in the provisions of Attachment III to this Ministerial Decree.
KETUJUH SEVENTH	:	Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan, dengan ketentuan apabila di kemudian hari terdapat kekeliruan dalam keputusan Menteri ini, akan diadakan perbaikan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. This Ministerial Decree shall come into force on the date of its stipulation, with the provision that if at a later date there are any errors in this Ministerial Decree, corrections will be made as appropriate in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.
