*) Estimasi sumber daya menggunakan pernyataan competent person dalam laporan studi kelayakan yang sudah disetujui, sehingga tidak perlu pembaruan estimasi sumber daya oleh competent person setiap tahun. Dalam hal sumber daya dan cadangan pada laporan Studi Kelayakan yang telah disetujui dan belum diestimasi oleh Competent Person, maka harus dilampirkan laporan estimasi sumber daya dan cadangan oleh Competent Person yang menjelaskan sisa cadangan dari laporan studi kelayakan yang telah disetujui. Estimasi Competent Person harus mengacu pada studi kelayakan yang sudah disetujui dalam hal luas dan area estimasi.

Note:

*) Resource estimates use the competent person's statement in the approved feasibility study report, so there is no need for an annual update of the resource estimate by the competent person. If resources and reserves in the approved feasibility study report have not been estimated by the competent person, a resource and reserve estimation report by the competent person must be attached, explaining the remaining reserves from the approved feasibility study report. The competent person's estimate must refer to the approved feasibility study in terms of estimated area and extent.

1. Estimasi sumber daya dipisahkan apabila memiliki lebih dari satu sistem dan/atau metode Penambangan.

2. Menyampaikan nama competent person estimasi sumber daya. (halaman 32)
