Description:
1. Provide the name of
the person responsible for estimating reserves.
2. The person
responsible for estimating resources is the director of the business entity,
the chairman of the cooperative, or the holder of the Mining Business Permit
(if the Mining Business Permit is in the name of an individual).
Catatan:
- Estimasi cadangan dipisahkan apabila memiliki lebih dari
satu sistem dan/atau metode Penambangan
- Menyampaikan nama competent
person estimasi cadangan.
- Menyampaikan Cut off
Grade bijih (jika ada) berdasarkan laporan Studi Kelayakan yang telah
disetujui. Dijelaskan apakah cadangan merupakan bagian dari sumber daya atau
masing-masing berdiri sendiri (halaman 31)

Reserve estimates are separated if more than one mining system and/or method is
used.
- Provide
the name of the competent person who estimated the reserves.

Provide the ore cut-off grade (if any) based on the approved feasibility study
report. Explain whether the reserves are part of a resource or stand-alone
(page 31).
