a. Penyusunan dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi

1) Pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi sebelum melakukan kegiatan Eksplorasi wajib menyusun dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi berdasarkan Dokumen Lingkungan Hidup yang telah disetujui, untuk jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun.

2) Dalam hal jangka waktu IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi < 5 (kurang dari lima) tahun atau sisa jangka waktu IUP tahap Kegiatan Eksplorasi atau IUPK tahap Kegiatan Eksplorasi < 5 (kurang dari lima) tahun, dokumen Rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi wajib disusun sesuai dengan,

a) jangka waktu IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi;

b) sisa jangka waktu IUP tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Eksplorasi

C. ACTIVITIES

1. PREPARATION OF RECLAMATION PLAN DOCUMENTS

a. Preparation of Reclamation Plan Documents for the Exploration Phase

1) Holders of Mining Business Permits for the Exploration Phase or holders of Special Mining Business Permits for the Exploration Phase are required to prepare a Reclamation Plan document for the Exploration Phase, based on the approved Environmental Document, for a period of 5 (five) years, prior to conducting Exploration activities.

2) If the term of the Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase or Special Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase is less than 5 (five) years, or if the remaining term of the Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase or Special Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase is less than 5 (five) years, the Reclamation Plan document for the Exploration Phase must be prepared in accordance with:

a) the term of the Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase or Special Mining Business Permit for the Exploration Phase;

b) the remaining term of the Mining Business Permit for the Exploration activity stage or the Special Mining Business Permit for the Exploration activity stage
