Mengingat Remember	:	1.	Undang – Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2009 Nomor 4, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4959) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang – Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Keempat atas Undang – Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2025 Nomor 29, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 7100); Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2009 Number 4, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4959) as amended several times, most recently by Law Number 2 of 2025 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2025 Number 29, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7100);
