reklamasi dan pascatambang pada kegiatan usaha pertambangan mineral dan
batubara yang terstandar secara nasional dan akuntabel termasuk dalam
pembukaan kembali area yang telah direklamasi, perlu menetapkan Keputusan
Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral tentang Pedoman Teknis Pelaksanaan
Reklamasi dan Pacatambang pada Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan
Batubara that in order to realize the implementation of reclamation and
post-mining in mineral and coal mining business activities that are
nationally standardized and accountable, including the reopening of reclaimed
areas, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Energy and
Mineral Resources concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of
