1. PENYUSUNAN DOKUMEN RENCANA REKLAMASI

C. ACTIVITIES

1. PREPARATION OF RECLAMATION PLAN DOCUMENTS

 

b. Penyusunan Dokumen Rencana Reklamasi Tahap Kegiatan Operasi Produksi

b. Preparation of Reclamation Plan Documents for the Production Operations Activity Stage

 

Untuk reklamasi yang berada di wilayah darat dilaksanakan dengan tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut:

4) Terhadap pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi yang sampai dengan beralihnya kewenangan dari Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi kepada Pemerintah Pusat belum memiliki dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi, maka:

a) wajib menyusun dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi Periode 5 (lima) tahun pertama dimulai sesuai tahun permohonan dokumen rencana Reklamasi; atau

b) wajib menyusun dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi sesuai dengan sisa jangka waktu IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi.

5) Dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi memuat:

a) rencana pembukaan lahan;

b) rencana Reklamasi;

c) program Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi;

d) kriteria keberhasilan Reklamasi dalam bentuk revegetasi meliputi standar keberhasilan penatagunaan lahan, revegetasi, pekerjaan sipil, dan penyelesaian akhir;

e) kriteria keberhasilan Reklamasi dalam bentuk selain revegetasi (Reklamasi bentuk lain) berdasarkan kajian yang terintegrasi dalam dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi; dan

f) rencana biaya Reklamasi bentuk lain berdasarkan kajian yang terintegrasi dalam dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi.

6) Dokumen rencana Reklamasi tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi disusun sesuai dengan format 5 sebagai berikut

Reclamation in land areas is carried out in the following stages:

4) Holders of Mining Business Permits for the Production Operation stage or Special Mining Business Permits for the Production Operation stage who, by the time of the transfer of authority from the Provincial Government to the Central Government, do not yet have a Reclamation plan document for the Production Operation stage, must:

a) prepare a Reclamation plan document for the Production Operation stage for the first 5 (five) years, beginning in the year of the application for the Reclamation plan document; or

b) prepare a Reclamation plan document for the Production Operation stage for the remaining term of the Mining Business Permit for the Production Operation stage or Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operation stage.

5) The Reclamation plan document for the Production Operation stage shall include:

a) land clearing plan;

b) Reclamation plan;

c) Reclamation program for the Production Operation stage;

d) Reclamation success criteria in the form of revegetation, including standards for land use management, revegetation, civil works, and final completion;

e) success criteria for reclamation in forms other than revegetation (other forms of reclamation) based on an integrated study in the reclamation plan document for the production operations phase; and

f) planned costs for other forms of reclamation based on an integrated study in the reclamation plan document for the production operations phase.

6) The reclamation plan document for the production operations phase is prepared in accordance with the following format:
