KELIMA :
Format penyusunan, aspek evaluasi, dan format persetujuan RKAB
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KEDUA, Diktum KETIGA, dan Diktum KEEMPAT
berlaku secara mutatis mutandis terhadap pemegang Kontrak Karya atau Perjanjian
Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara.
FIFTH : The format for compiling, evaluation
aspects, and approval format for the RKAB as referred to in the SECOND Dictum,
THIRD Dictum, and FOURTH Dictum shall apply mutatis mutandis to holders of Work
Contracts or Coal Mining Business Work Agreements.
KEENAМ : Pada saat Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku:
a. Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 373
K/30/MEM/2023 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Penyusunan, Evaluasi, Persetujuan
Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya Pada Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan
Batubara; dan
b. Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 84
K/30/MEM/2024 tentang Perubahan atas Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya
Mineral Nomor 373 K/30/MEM/2023 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Penyusunan,
Evaluasi, Persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya Pada Kegiatan Usaha
Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara,
dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
SIXTH: Upon the enactment of this Ministerial
Decree:
a. Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral
Resources Number 373 K/30/MEM/2023 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation
of Preparation, Evaluation, and Approval of Work Plans and Budgets for Mineral
and Coal Mining Business Activities; and
b. Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral
Resources Number 84 K/30/MEM/2024 concerning Amendments to Decree of the
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 373 K/30/MEM/2023 concerning
Guidelines for the Implementation of Preparation, Evaluation, and Approval of
Work Plans and Budgets for Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities,
is
revoked and declared null and void.
