DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA

Menimbang : bahwa untuk memberikan pedoman teknis dalam
pelaksanaan penyusunan, evaluasi, dan persetujuan rencana kerja dan anggaran
biaya, serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 15 Peraturan Menteri Energi dan
Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang Tata Cara Penyusunan,
Penyampaian, dan Persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya serta Tata Cara
Pelaporan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, perlu
menetapkan Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral tentang Pedoman
Teknis Pelaksanaan Penyusunan, Evaluasi, dan Persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan
Anggaran Biaya pada Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara;
Considering:
that in order to provide technical guidelines in the implementation of the
preparation, evaluation and approval of work plans and budgets, as well as to
implement the provisions of Article 15 of the Regulation of the Minister of
Energy and Mineral Resources Number 17 of 2025 concerning Procedures for
Preparation, Submission and Approval of Work Plans and Budgets and Procedures
for Reporting on the Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Business
Activities, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Energy and
Mineral Resources concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of
Preparation, Evaluation and Approval of Work Plans and Budgets in Mineral and
Coal Mining Business Activities;
