tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia
Tahun 2025 Nomor 29, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 7100);
2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 96 Tahun 2021 tentang
Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara
Republik Indonesia Tahun 2021 Nomor 208, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik
Indonesia Nomor 6721) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan
Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 39 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan
Pemerintah Nomor 96 Tahun 2021 tentang Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan
Mineral dan Batubara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2025 Nomor 146,
