Pemegang IUP Eksplorasi, IUPK Eksplorasi, IUP Operasi Produksi, IUPK Operasi Produksi, dan perusahaan jasa pertambangan dalam menyusun perencanaan keselamatan pertambangan berpedoman pada:

Holders of Exploration Mining Business Licenses (IUP), Exploration Special Mining Business Licenses (IUPK), Production Operation Mining Business Licenses (IUP), Production Operation Special Mining Business Licenses (IUPK), and mining service companies must comply with the following guidelines when preparing mining safety plans:

 

a. hasil proses penelaahan awal yang mencakup:

1) sistematika bisnis proses dan interaksi proses;

2) penyesuaian terhadap ketentuan peraturan perundangundangan dan standar; dan

3) peninjauan terhadap kebijakan Keselamatan Pertambangan.

3) review of Mining Safety policies.

 

b. Manajemen risiko Proses manajemen risiko meliputi 5 (lima) kegiatan yang terdiri atas komunikasi dan konsultasi risiko, penetapan konteks risiko, identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko, pengendalian risiko, serta pemantauan dan peninjauan.

b. Risk management The risk management process includes 5 (five) activities consisting of risk communication and consultation, determining the risk context, hazard identification and risk assessment, risk control, and monitoring and review.

 

c. Identifikasi dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan persyaratan lainnya yang terkait.

c. Identification and compliance with statutory provisions and other related requirements

 

d. Penetapan tujuan, sasaran, dan program yang meliputi:

1) pembuatan, penetapan, penerapan, dan pemeliharaan, serta pendokumentasian tujuan, sasaran, dan program Keselamatan Pertambangan dan selaras dengan kebijakan serta dapat diukur; dan

2) tujuan, sasaran, dan program Keselamatan Pertambangan ditetapkan dan disahkan oleh Komite Keselamatan Pertambangan.

d. Determination of goals, targets, and programs, including:

1) the creation, determination, implementation, and maintenance, as well as documentation of Mining Safety goals, targets, and programs that are aligned with policy and measurable; and

2) Mining Safety goals, targets, and programs are determined and approved by the Mining Safety Committee.

 

e. Rencana kerja, anggaran, dan biaya

Melakukan penetapan rencana kerja, anggaran, dan biaya aspek Keselamatan Pertambangan yang mendapat persetujuan dari Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau Gubernur sesuai kewenangannya. (halaman 186)
