perundangundangan.
Segala akibat hukum yang timbul di kemudian hari atas
ketidaksesuaian atau ketidakbenaran data dan informasi dalam permohonan RKAB
yang disampaikan atau penyalahgunaan persetujuan RKAB ini, sepenuhnya menjadi
tanggung jawab Saudara dan persetujuan RKAB ini dapat dibatalkan.
