AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES NUMBER: 373.K/MB.01/MEM/B/2023 CONCERNING GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION, EVALUATION, AND APPROVAL OF WORK PLANS AND BUDGETS IN MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Menetapkan Set

:

KEPUTUSAN MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS KEPUTUSAN MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL NOMOR 373.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2023 TENTANG PEDOMAN PELAKSANAAN PENYUSUNAN, EVALUASI, DAN PERSETUJUAN RENCANA KERJA DAN ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA KEGIATAN USAHA PERTAMBANGAN MINERAL DAN BATUBARA. DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES NUMBER 373.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2023 CONCERNING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PREPARATION, EVALUATION, AND APPROVAL OF WORK PLANS AND BUDGET IN MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

 

 

Pasal I

Beberapa ketentuan dalam Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 373.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2023 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Penyusunan, Evaluasi, dan Persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya pada Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara diubah sebagai berikut :

1.   Lampiran III diubah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran I;

2.   Lampiran IV diubah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran II: dan

3.   Lampran VA, VB, VC, dan VD diubah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran IIIA, IIIB, IIIC, dan IIID;

4.   Lampiran VIA, VIB, VIC, dan VID diubah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran IVA, IVB, IVC, dan IVD;

yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.

Article I

Several provisions in Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 373.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2023 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the Preparation, Evaluation, and Approval of Work Plans and Budgets for Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities are amended as follows:

1. Appendix III is amended as set forth in Appendix I;

2. Appendix IV is amended as set forth in Appendix II; and

3. Appendixes VA, VB, VC, and VD are amended as set forth in Appendixes IIIA, IIIB, IIIC, and IIID;

4. Appendixes VIA, VIB, VIC, and VID are amended as set forth in Appendixes IVA, IVB, IVC, and IVD;

which constitute an integral part of this Ministerial Decree.

 

 

Pasal II

Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan.

Article II

This Ministerial Decree shall come into force on the date of its stipulation.
