BlackBridge

BlackBridge, sebelumnya bernama RapidEye, mengoperasikan sebuah konstelasi lima satelit yang diluncurkan pada bulan Agustus 2008.^[14] Konstelasi satelit RapidEye membawa sensor multispektral yang telah dikalibrasi. Dengan demikian, gambar dari satu satelit akan sama kualitasnya dengan gambar dari empat satelit lainnya. Tiap satelit mengorbit Bumi pada ketinggian 630 km dan mampu mengambil gambar dengan resolusi 5 meter per piksel. Citra dari satelit RapidEye dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan agrikultur, lingkungan, kartografi, dan penanganan bencana. Setiap harinya, konstelasi satelit ini mampu mengambil gambar lahan seluas 4 juta km² dan akan mengambil gambar area yang sama pada hari berikutnya.

BlackBridge, formerly RapidEye, operates a constellation of five satellites launched in August 2008.[14] The RapidEye satellites carry calibrated multispectral sensors. This means that images from one satellite are of the same quality as those from four others. Each satellite orbits the Earth at an altitude of 630 km and can capture images at a resolution of 5 meters per pixel. RapidEye satellite imagery can be used for agricultural, environmental, cartographic, and disaster management purposes. Each day, the constellation can image 4 million km² of land and will image the same area the next day.
