a. Dalam kegiatan pertambangan mineral dan batubara, pemegang
IUP Eksplorasi dan IUPK Eksplorasi melakukan perencanaan recovery pengolahan sebagai upaya penerapan konservasi mineral dan
batubara. Perencanaan recovery
pengolahan yang dilakukan meliputi: (halaman 349)
2) menyusun kajian untuk mendapatkan recovery pengolahan yang optimal pada saat penyusunan Studi
Kelayakan sekurang-kurangnya meliputi:
a) uji metalurgi atau ketercucian;
b) sistem, metode dan peralatan pengolahan; dan
c) pemilihan teknologi pengolahan.
3) menyusun kajian teknis pertambangan aspek konservasi dan
menyampaikan laporan khusus apabila tidak dapat merencanakan recovery pengolahan optimal;
Uji
metalurgi atau ketercucian dalam rangka penyusunan kajian aspek konservasi meliputi
jumlah dan jenis conto, jenis pengujian, urutan dan tahapan dalam bentuk
diagram alir. Sistem, metode dan peralatan pengolahan yang dipilih berdasarkan
kajian digunakan untuk menentukan perkiraan recovery
dan jenis/tipe/kualitas umpan. Pemilihan teknologi pengolahan disesuaikan
dengan karakteristik bijih dan/atau batubara yaitu jenis, jumlah, dan/atau
sifat fisik permukaan mineral.

a. In
mineral and coal mining activities, holders of Exploration Mining Business
Permits and Special Exploration Mining Business Permits conduct processing
recovery planning as an effort to implement mineral and coal conservation.
Processing recovery planning includes: (page 349)

preparing a study to obtain optimal processing recovery during the preparation
of the Feasibility Study, which includes at least:
a) metallurgical or washability testing;
b) processing systems, methods, and equipment; and
c) selection of processing technology.
3) prepare
a technical study of conservation mining and submit a special report if optimal
processing recovery cannot be planned;
Metallurgical or
washability tests for the conservation study include the number and type of
samples, the type of testing, and the sequence and stages in the form of a flow
diagram. The processing system, method, and equipment selected based on the
study are used to determine the estimated recovery and the type/quality of
feed. The selection of processing technology is tailored to the characteristics
of the ore and/or coal, namely the type, quantity, and/or physical properties
of the mineral surface.
