10. Pengolahan adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu mineral atau batubara yang menghasilkan produk dengan sifat fisik dan kimia yang tidak berubah dari mineral atau batubara asal.

11. Recovery penambangan adalah angka yang menunjukkan perbandingan antara produksi penambangan dengan jumlah cadangan pada periode tertentu, dinyatakan dalam persen.

Recovery pengolahan adalah angka yang menunjukkan perbandingan antara jumlah batubara atau kandungan unsur utama yang dihasilkan dari proses pengolahan dengan jumlah batubara atau kandungan unsur utama dalam bijih yang dimasukkan ke dalam proses pengolahan, dinyatakan dalam persen. 10. Processing is an effort to improve the quality of minerals or coal, resulting in a product with physical and chemical properties unchanged from the original mineral or coal.

11. Mining recovery is a figure that shows the ratio between mining production and reserves for a specific period, expressed as a percentage.

12. Processing recovery is a figure that shows the ratio between the amount of coal or the main element content produced from the processing process and the amount of coal or the main element content in the ore input into the processing process, expressed as a percentage. (page 347)
