ISTILAH - ISTILAH

CHAPTER I

DEFINITIONS

 

Pasal 1

Article 1

 

Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang ini yang dimaksudkan dengan:

c. penyelidikan umum : penyelidikan secara geologi umum atau geofisik, baik didaratan maupun dari udara, segala sesuatu dengan maksud untuk membuat peta geologi atau untuk menetapkan maksud untuk membuat peta geologi umum atau untuk menetapkan tandatanda adanya bahan galian pada umumnya;

d. eksplorasi: segala cara penyelidikan geologi pertambangan untuk menetapkan lebih teliti/seksama adanya dan sifatnya letakan bahan galian;

In this Government Regulation in Lieu of Law, the following terms mean:

c. general survey: a general geological or geophysical investigation, whether conducted on land or from the air, aimed at producing a geological map or identifying indications of the presence of mineral deposits in general;

d. exploration: any method of geological mining investigation used to determine, with greater precision and thoroughness, the existence and characteristics of mineral deposits;
