PERATURAN PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA

NOMOR 27 TAHUN 1980

TENTANG

PENGGOLONGAN BAHAN-BAHAN GALIAN

GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

NUMBER 27 OF 1980

CONCERNING

CLASSIFICATION OF MINERAL MATERIALS

 

Pasal 2

(1) Pemindahan bahan galian dari suatu golongan ke golongan lain sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1, ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah.

(2) Bahan galian yang belum disebutkan dalam Pasal 1, yang perlu dimasukkan dalam salah satu golongan ditetapkari dengan Peraturan Pemerintah.

Article 2

(1) The transfer of a mineral commodity from one category to another, as referred to in Article 1, shall be determined by Government Regulation.

(2) Mineral commodities not yet specified in Article 1 that need to be included in a specific category shall be determined by Government Regulation.

 

Pasal 3

(1) Apabila bahan galian yang lebih tinggi golongannya terdapat dalam satu endapan dengan bahan galian yang lebih rendah golongannya, Menteri menetapkan pengaturan usaha pertambangan endapan tersebut.

(2) Bagi bahan-bahan galian sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 huruf c sepanjang terletak di lepas pantai, izin usaha pertambangannya diberikan oleh Menteri.

Article 3

(1) If minerals of a higher class are found in one deposit with minerals of a lower class, the Minister shall determine the regulation of the mining business for the deposit.

(2) For minerals as referred to in Article 1 letter c as long as they are located offshore, the mining business permit is granted by the Minister.
