TENTANG

PERTAMBANGAN

GOVERNMENT REGULATION IN LIEU OF LAW

NUMBER 37 OF 1960

CONCERNING

MINING

 

PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

 

 

 

Menimbang : a. bahwa hukum pertambangan harus merupakan pelaksanaan dari pada Dekrit Presiden/Panglima Tertinggi Angkatan Perang Republik Indonesia tertanggal 5 Juli 1959, ketentuan-ketentuan dalam pasal 33 Undang-undang Dasar dan Manifesto Politik Republik Indonesia tersebut 17 Agustus 1959, sebagai yang ditegaskan dalam amanat Presiden pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1960 yang mewajibkan Negara untuk mengatur penambangan bahan-galian diseluruh wilayah kedaulatan bangsa dipergunakan untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat, baik secara gotong-royong maupun secara perseorangan;

Considering: a. that mining law must constitute an implementation of the Decree of the President/Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia dated July 5, 1959, the provisions of Article 33 of the Constitution, and the Political Manifesto of the Republic of Indonesia of August 17, 1959—as affirmed in the President's address on August 17, 1960—which mandate the State to regulate the mining of mineral resources throughout the nation's sovereign territory for the greatest prosperity of the people, whether undertaken through mutual cooperation (*gotong-royong*) or by individuals;
