Peraturan
pertambangan yang sekarang berlaku yaitu "Indische Mijnwet", tidak
dapat dijadikan dasar untuk mencapai cita-cita bangsa Indonesia, karena
demikian perlu diganti dengan suatu peraturan Pertambangan baru.
The currently applicable
mining regulation, the "Indische Mijnwet," cannot serve as a basis
for achieving the aspirations of the Indonesian nation; therefore, it needs to
be replaced with a new mining regulation.
